We only support PC platforms and most commonly used graphics software. Files can be saved in their native format as follows: .bmp .jpg/.jpeg .gif .tif(resolution must be over 150dpi) .EPS of any type including Illustrator and PhotoShop .PSD - PhotoShop, any format .CDR - CorelDraw, any format .AI - Adobe Illustrator .PDF - Adobe Acrobat .GAD - Gerber Art Definition; for cut vinyl or Gerber Edge only; not for digital printing! .PLT - Plotter File, for Gerber Advantage (version 6.2); for cut vinyl or Gerber Edge printing only. SENDING FILES Whether for a quote or production, there are a number of easy ways to send, transfer or deliver your files to OZLABELS: SHIP THEM: Mail, FedEx, DHL or otherwise physically send your files on a CD, DVD, Iomega ZIP (250 MB or 100MB) to OZ LABELS., PO BOX 653, West Ryde, NSW 1685 Australia. EMAIL THEM: If your art files are small enough, simply email them directly to the master@ozlabels.com.au who is working with you on your project. Please include your requirement and contact detail. Remember! If we're producing a digital print for you and you want specific color matching you MUST let us know. We'll otherwise assume that color matching is not critical. We will email you the proof within 24hr.
